Buyer pays: postage comes out of what they pay,
so it doesn’t come out of your pocket — but eBay still takes its 13.6%
on the shipping too. That fee is the real cost, not the whole label.
USPS killed sub-1lb pricing in July 2026 — a 4 oz parcel and a
15 oz parcel now cost the same.

six weeks. Corroborated by real tracker prices landing on exact quarters, but it is
not official — treat it as a prior, not a countdown.
